Taurus Property Group is seeking a Retail Leasing Associate to join our retail leasing team. Taurus provides leasing, merchandising, and development services and advice to owners and developers of retail and mixed-use property. The Leasing Associate is responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with the objective of originating deals for the company’s portfolio. You will be working in a collaborative, team-oriented sales environment, tasked with applying your drive and energy towards generating deals. Success will come from being organized and detail-oriented in your ability to track activity, generate leads, and qualify opportunities.

We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, enthusiastic, and who loves the idea of spending a large portion of their day interacting by phone and email. The ideal person is energized by action, generates enthusiasm, and is highly motivated by producing tangible results.

Specific experience is not required for this role, but a sales, customer service, or hospitality background would be an asset. A RECA real estate license is not a prerequisite but will be required as an ongoing condition of employment.
